A passionate chef and member of our team since November 2021, Nicolas You is the Executive Chef at the Marriott Château Champlain Hotel. He embodies a cuisine rooted in local products and enriched by his international experiences. Originally from France, he moved to Quebec in 2017, where he fell in love with Quebec culture and flavors. His ambition is to showcase local products and traditions while adding his own creative touch. For Nicolas, cooking here means celebrating Quebec's richness and identity through every plate.

Located in the iconic Marriott Château Champlain, Lloyd pays tribute to architect Frank Lloyd Wright, whose innovative style influenced not only the architecture of the hotel but also of our restaurant, providing a unique setting where the art of cooking perfectly blends with the art of architecture.

Adjacent to the Marriott Château Champlain, Place du Canada offers underground parking with direct access to the hotel. We are also accessible via the Bonaventure metro station (orange line) and within walking distance of the Peel metro station (green line).
